
On October 24, The Kabilin Center lit up with excitement as it hosted its 4th talk and demonstration, titled “Crumbs of Culture: A Cebuano Bread Heritage.” This engaging event offered attendees a deep dive into the Cebuano bread-making.
Participants watched live demonstrations showcasing the intricate techniques used by skilled bakers and had the opportunity to hone their own skills in a hands-on workshop. Expert bakers, including the talented chefs Nica Genobia, Redford Ragasa, Almelou Ontong, and Ada Mae Jayme from Bakers Avenue, guided participants through the art of bread-making.




The atmosphere was filled with laughter, learning, and the enticing aromas of freshly baked bread, making it a memorable celebration of Cebuano culinary heritage.
